New Patient Experience
Many of our patients come as referrals from other doctors, but we’re happy to see those who schedule regular hygiene appointments as well. Before your first visit, a phone conversation will allow us to determine the details about your dental history and inform you of any potential detours that might pop up during your appointment. Once we’re able to take a close look at your smile, we can determine what the issues are and recommend additional cleanings/treatment, if needed.
Our top goal when welcoming patients is always to get to know them as much as possible. It’s not unusual for team members to find Dr.Winarick talking too much in the hallway with one or vice-versa!

Thankfully, patients don’t have to wait until they reach our office to fill out the necessary forms. Instead, click on the links below to open Adobe Acrobat files and easily print them so that you can write in the pertinent information in the comfort of your own home. Just make sure to remember to bring them with you to your appointment. If you’re unable to print, just let our team know and we can mail or fax them instead.
Payment Options
Paying for your dental care shouldn’t have to be a difficult process. Instead, let our team here in Waco make it as simple and smooth as possible. We accept several insurance plans, including Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept the QCD dental plan. Any necessary paperwork will be completed by us so that you receive the most from your benefits. Our office also welcomes payment by cash, check, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa, and low-interesting financing through CareCredit.
